Frequently Asked Questions

Most orders will be ready within one business day. Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly. We will email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days.How does it work?

1) When choosing a shipping method, you can select In Store Pick Up. 
2) Select Camas Bike and Sport as the Pick Up Location. 
3) Proceed to complete your order online.
4) You can pick up your item(s) when you receive an email that states "Your Order Is Ready For Pick Up!". 


When will I get my order?

Most in-stock items are usually available for pickup in 1-2 hours. 
Orders placed less than 2 hours before store closing time will be available for pickup 1 hour after the store opens the following day.How will I know my order is ready to pick up?

Approximately 1-2 hours after you place your order, you will receive an email that states "Your order is ready for pickup". This email alerts you that your order is ready for pickup and provides instructions on picking up your order. We recommend you wait to receive this email before proceeding to the store. If the item(s) you ordered are In Warehouse, you will receive two emails, the first will indicate approximately when we expect to receive the items in our store, once they are received you will receive another email when the items have been pulled and ready for pick up. What do I need to bring to pick up my order in-store?

1) Your store pickup confirmation email 
2) Valid government issued ID 


How long do I have to pick up my order?

Your order will be available at the store for 15 days after you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. After the 15 days have passed, your items will be returned to inventory and your account will be credited.


What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?

If an item included in your in-store pickup order is out of stock, you will receive a call or email from a store associate to notify you of the out-of-stock item.

During the call you may: 

• Select a comparable item.
• Have the item removed from the order.


Can I pickup some items at a store and have others shipped to an address?

Yes, but you will need to conduct 2 separate order transactions.
